and beliefs. Programs vary as needs vary. Patanjali writes in Sutra 111.15, “Different
methods produce different changes “. Every consultation is custom.

energy therapies, pranayama, reflection, yoga nidra (sleep yoga), and meditation.

Yoga is an ancient science and philosophy that promotes wellness and self care. Sages
say that starting a yoga practice stops the aging process. But, can one do yoga at
90 years of age? Of course, if one can breathe, one can do yoga. A yoga practice
continues to facilitate the communication of the body, mind and spirit at any age.
Integrative Health and Yoga offers two types of programs for seniors. Senior yoga is
designed for those with limited agility with most physical practices done with seated
postures in a chair. Boomer Yoga is designed for those senior comfortable with their
yoga physical practices done on the floor.
